Huge thanks to Chris and Elijah at Global Office Machine for their exceptional service. They worked wonders on our old model printer and fax machine—equipment that others might have written off. The turnaround was fast, the work was thorough, and the customer service was hands-down the best we’ve experienced. Chris was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, and Elijah made sure everything was running perfectly before wrapping up. Professional, efficient, and genuinely caring—highly recommend Global Office Machine!

Where to begin! An amazing experience all around. Chris and the team turned this around in such a short amount of time, it is even hard to believe! Chris was hoenstly so pleasant and kind - nearly felt like we were best friends! 4pm yesterday, the printer was broken - unsure if we would be able to get parts before Christmas. Today at 12:30pm, printer is fixed and we are back in action. I cannot thank the team enough for all of the hard work that went into sourcing the parts this side of Christmas and in less than 12 hours. All around a great experience!! Shout out to our technician Andy, who diagnosed the issue yesterday who even did a follow up call to check all went well today. Amazing customer service, amazing service and an amazing team! Thank you SO much again!! x

I have used the services of GOM for many years and I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with the standard of care they provide and the support of their wonderful staff. I have an older model printer and they have always gone out of their way to find the parts and ensure that the printer is working well. I would give them ten stars instead of five because it is not common to find an organisation that consistently provides such excellence across the board. I give a special thanks to Kristie, Belinda and George for assisting me with my recent job.
