Global Office Machines Managed Membership Program Terms and Conditions

These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of membership services provided by Global Office Machines. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions by becoming a member.

  1. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership, you must be

    • Based In Australia
    • Above 18 Years Old
    • Have purchased eligible hardware from Global Office Machine (Commercial Laser printers and wide format printers.)
    • Your existing printer hardware has not gone end-of-life
  1. Membership Registration

To become a member, you must complete the membership registration through the customer registration link https://gom.com.au/customer-registration/ .

By submitting your registration, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You will receive a confirmation upon successful registration.

  1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable and directly debited quarterly. The current membership fee is based on the membership level and the amount of hardware per site. Any changes to membership fees will be communicated [30 days in advance] via email. Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

  1. Membership Benefits

As a member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

    • No Call Out Fees
    • Unlimited Service Calls
    • Quarterly 15 min IT Service
    • Locked-in Toner Prices (Based on Membership Level, Bronze Silver & Gold)
    • Parts at Trade Price
    • 50% Off Additional Devices on the Same site

Membership benefits are subject to change at our discretion and will be communicated to members.

  1. Member Obligations

You agree to:

    • Have the Print hardware connected to a network with internet access for printer monitoring software
    • You are committed to buy the consumables from us and lodge a service with us as part of our membership agreements.
    • Notify us of any changes to your personal information.
  1. Termination of Membership

We may terminate or suspend your membership at our discretion if:

    • You violate these terms and conditions.
    • You fail to pay membership fees within the specified period.

You may also cancel your membership at any time by contacting us 30 days prior to the next bill via email or phone. Cancellation will be effective after the current billing cycle.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a service failure or other exceptional circumstances. You may cancel your membership, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use, including any loss of data or disruption of service.

  1. Changes to Membership Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of membership services after the changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By becoming a member, you agree to our privacy policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of your personal data.
