Chris and the team turned this around in such a short amount of time, it is even hard to believe! Chris was hoenstly so pleasant and kind - nearly felt like we were best friends! 4pm yesterday, the printer was broken - unsure if we would be able to get parts before Christmas. Today at 12:30pm, printer is fixed and we are back in action.
