4 – 6 Hours Response Time with Loan Machine

Our SLA time start from 4 hours up to 10 hours depending on your membership level from when you first contact us. If we can’t fix it within 48 hours, we will provide you with loan machine free of charge.

Complimentary Bi-annual Maintenance

You will receive two free services/maintenance annually (every 6 months) – we will clean and service your machine to make sure it runs well and perform a preventative maintenance.

Locked-in Consumables/Parts Pricing

All parts and consumables will be priced at our member level prior to your signup. Pricing will be locked in for the duration of your membership with no increases. This provides our clients with transparency, ease to forecast cashflow with no hidden costs or surprises!

What is a GOM Membership Program?

This is a program exclusively offered by Global Office Machines, included in the purchase of any eligible machines. This is a unique program offered by us to our loyal customers that does not want to commit to our Managed Print Services program.

We will lock-in the price of the labour, parts, and consumables for the duration of the membership with a heavily discounted rate. This means you won’t get affected for any price increase from the manufacturer. All the prices will be quoted before the start of the membership period. Whenever you run out of toner or needing a service, just call us and we will book a service for you.

What is included in a GOM Membership Program?

There are lots of benefits in joining our membership program. This includes 4 – 6 hours response time when you lodge a service call and we will provide you with loan machine if we can’t fix it in 48 hours. We also provide a free bi-annual complimentary service to maintain your printer and to keep it running well. We can provide you also with a toner monitoring software to make sure you never run out of toner.

How flexible are our Membership Program?

At Global, customer satisfaction is our priority. We can absolutely customise our membership programs to best suit your needs. There is no lock-in contract as well, you can cancel it anytime with no hidden cost at all!

What is the difference between GOM Membership Program and Managed Print Services?

Although both of these programs are designed to ease the management of our customers print fleet and to improve their workflow, each of this program is designed differently to offer the best solutions depending on our customers need.

The Managed Print Services covers all service, labour, parts, and consumables (except paper) during the duration of the contract that need to be committed by both parties. This suitable for customers that print excessively every month and want a hassle-free managed print solutions. The cost is based on monthly print volume.

On the other hand, the GOM Membership Program offers a heavily reduced rate of the service, labour, parts, and consumables during the duration of the contract that can be cancelled at anytime. All services and consumables must be lodged/purchased with GOM. In return, we provide with a quick turn-around time as well as loan machine if required. This suitable for customers that does not want to sign a long-term commitment and want to opt-in a pay-as-you-go basis.

Can I buy the consumables or book service from other companies?

When you enroll in GOM Membership Program, you are committed to buy the consumables from us and lodge a service with us as part of our agreements. If you book a service with other companies or purchase consumables not from us, it means you have violated our agreement and the membership program will cease immediately.

This is to guarantee that all parts and consumables installed on your machine are a genuine part to avoid any damage for using a non-genuine parts/consumables.

Chris and the team turned this around in such a short amount of time, it is even hard to believe! Chris was hoenstly so pleasant and kind - nearly felt like we were best friends! 4pm yesterday, the printer was broken - unsure if we would be able to get parts before Christmas. Today at 12:30pm, printer is fixed and we are back in action. I cannot thank the team enough for all of the hard work that went into sourcing the parts this side of Christmas and in less than 12 hours. All around a great experience!!
