Welcome to the
GOM Customer Portal
The GOM Customer Portal makes it easy to view products, order supplies, book a service, review your details and manage your orders online — anytime, anywhere. To get started, simply scan and log in to your Customer Portal account using using your Machine ID printed in your service tag and PIN by following the steps below.
Log In
Fill your Machine ID and PIN to log in to your account.
Find Your PIN
Your PIN is located at the bottom of the “How to Guide” brochure left by our technician.
Select a Service
Choose Book a Service for machine support, or Purchase Consumables to order supplies.
💡 Forgot Your PIN?
Choose “Forgot your PIN?” and your PIN will be sent to your registered email address. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see it in your inbox.
How to book a service?
Submit a service request for your registered machine quickly and easily through the Customer Portal.
Complete Your Details
Please confirm that all your details are correct and update any new or changed contact information
Add Machine Details &
Describe the Issue
Select your address from the dropdown and confirm the details. For a new address, choose Custom Address and enter the details. Describe your machine issue, include any error messages or relevant information.
Upload a Photo & Submit
Upload print samples or photos of errors to help our technicians understand the issue. Then click Book a Service.
How to purchase Consumable?
Find and order the right consumables for your registered machine directly through the Customer Portal.
Select Your Items Here
Select consumables and quantities for your machine, then proceed to checkout.
Review Your Billing Details
Please check your contact information and billing address are correct, and update any details if needed before proceeding.
Confirm Your Shipping Details
Please review your delivery contact information and shipping address to ensure your order is sent to the correct location.
Payment Details & Submit
Select your payment method, review your order details and total, then complete the CAPTCHA and click Place Order.

Register your details and equipment below to receive your GOM Service Tag and access our customer services.
