1 review for KIP 880 Multi-Touch Production Color Print System

  1. 5 out of 5

    :

In my workplace the printer is like the air conditioner. It’s the only one that isn’t turned off.

We’ve had other printers in the past but our KIP 880 multitasks superbly. It copies, scans and prints. I guess this is what is written in the brochure as its integrated dual footprint configurations. It saves us, in our office, precious time. We get to focus on the more important things other than minding the minutes; because we still need to make copies of scanned images, or have something else printed after that.

When it comes to printing, speed is as fast as 268 meters per hour. This reliability is complimented by its 4 medial roll switching, saving downtime once again and providing extended print runs. The inclusion of large capacity toner cartridges, for me is totally genius, as this also supports workflow efficiency. We’ve had other printers in the past that though you can put as many rolls that you can possibly put in it, it has a small toner cartridge. It wasn’t enough. Gosh, it was so sad using it. It’s like babysitting. You can’t do anything much.

Likewise, programming workflow automation in KIP 880 is quickly done in a single touch control on its smart system k 12” touchscreen.

To top it all off, for me the most important thing is, KIP 880 produces print quality; from the first to the final print. Technical drawing and graphics are with amazing colours. Images are robust and waterproof. It uses KIP 720 CIS scanner which is for a CAD oriented scanning. The 4 roll multi-function system is also with an integrated scanner.

Kip 880 also has optional integrated stacking folders or rear stacking systems, or KIPFold.

It is really fantastic to have a machine like this in our workplace.
