We offer a no locked-in contract policy, allowing you to cancel your membership at any time without any additional costs, ensuring you only pay for what you truly need. We will fix-in the prices for labor, parts, and consumables throughout the membership at a significantly discounted rate.

 

This means you won’t be impacted by any price hikes from the manufacturer. All costs will be provided before the membership begins. Whenever you need toner or require service, simply give us a call, and we’ll schedule a service appointment for you.

What is a GOM Membership Program?

This is a program exclusively offered by Global Office Machines, and can be included in the purchase of any eligible machines. This is a unique program offered by us to our loyal customers that do not want to commit to our Managed Print Services program.

We will lock-in the price of the labour, parts, and consumables for the duration of the membership with a heavily discounted rate. This means you won’t get affected by any price increases from the manufacturer. All the prices will be quoted before the start of the membership period. Whenever you run out of toner or need a service, just call us and we will book a service for you.

What is included in a GOM Membership Program?

There are lots of benefits in joining our membership program. This includes 4 – 6 hours response time when you lodge a service call and we will provide you with an A4 loan machine if we can’t fix your device within 48 hours. We also provide a free bi-annual complimentary service to maintain your printer and to keep it running well. We can also provide you with toner monitoring software to make sure you never run out of toner.

How flexible is our Membership Program?

At Global, customer satisfaction is our priority. We can absolutely customise our membership programs to best suit your needs. There is no lock-in contract as well, you can cancel with no hidden costs at all!

What is the difference between GOM Membership Program and Managed Print Services?

Although both of these programs are designed to ease the management of our customer’s print fleet and to improve their workflow, each of these programs are designed differently to offer the best solutions depending on our customers need.

The Managed Print Services covers all service, labour, parts, and consumables (except paper) during the duration of the fixed contract that needs to be committed to by both parties. This is suitable for customers that print excessively every month and want a hassle-free managed print solution. The cost is based on monthly print volume.

On the other hand, the GOM Membership Program offers a heavily reduced rate of the service, labour, parts, and consumables during the duration of the no lock-in contract. All services and consumables must be lodged/purchased with GOM. In return, we provide with a quick turn-around time as well as loan machine if required. This is suitable for customers that do not want a long-term commitment and prefer a pay-as-you-go option.

Can I buy the consumables or book service with other companies?

When you enroll in the GOM Membership Program, you are committed to buy the consumables and lodge a service with us as part of our agreement. If you use other companies for your consumables or services, it means you have violated our agreement and the membership program will be cancelled.

This is to guarantee that all parts and consumables installed on your machine are genuine, to avoid any damage by using non-genuine products.
